“loIve” is a hot yoga studio exclusively for women with the theme of “falling in love with me.” Through hot yoga, we offer you time to take a slow look at your own mind and body. Because we are a women-only studio, we provide services tailored to busy modern women.
This new lesson, “Uterine Warming Yoga,” was developed to help women deal with delicate concerns unique to women, such as age-related disorders, cyclical irritation due to female hormones, coldness, menstrual pain, and infertility. In a studio environment with high temperature and high humidity of 38 degrees Celsius and 65%, which is unique to hot yoga, we will perform slow training and meridian yoga, which involves holding yoga poses while stimulating pressure points, while smelling mugwort.
