We will be holding a general experience event of “Act Exercises” by “Act” trainers*
The Krull Group, which operates 15 senior housing facilities with services in Aichi and Gifu prefectures, has a personal gym “LAXURY SPACE” in all facilities.
Every month, we hold “Act Exercises”, a health exercise program run by trainers from “Act”.
“LAXURY SPACE”
“Act” (Naka Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) is a personal gym operated by the Affect Holdings Group, which is the same as the Couleur Group. Celebrating our 4th anniversary since opening, we are using the theories we have cultivated over the years to provide healthy exercise exercises for residents of high school housing complexes who find it difficult to exercise on a daily basis, allowing them to move their bodies in a fun and safe manner.
