*Tamachi Sushi Keiman’s famous “Yaki Hassun” will be renewed to autumn specifications, including the tableware, in order to express the charm of the season with all five senses! *
The famous “Yaki Hassun” has been renewed for the autumn version * CRAFTED JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Masato Nakano, hereinafter “Crafted Japan”) is “Tamachi Sushi” which opened on June 1, 2024.

A sushi business that disseminates CRAFTED (refined) ingredients from all over the country along with the producers’ thoughts to the world. Tamachi Sushi Keiman is a new-age sushi business that was born from the desire to “solve the issues of sales channels for agricultural, forestry, and fishermen,” and is based on the concept of
“co-creation with producers.” For sushi ingredients, fishermen have built a “face-to-face” relationship with producers, such as by ordering fish from the production area that has “drained the blood and tightened the nerves” on the boat.

This will be the first store to realize JAPAN’s philosophy of “distributing CRAFTED (refined) ingredients from all over the country to the world along with the thoughts of the producers.”
For the past 14 years, I have been providing management support to agricultural corporations and food and agriculture companies as a consultant, and my strength is my network with producers nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa. We have done a lot of matching that connects.
However, we felt that there was a limit to matching alone in order to convey the feelings of producers and increase the value of
ingredients, so we decided to open restaurants as a sales channel for producers. Thankfully Crafted
Three producers who sympathize with my thoughts have invested in Japan. In fact, “Tamachi Sushi”
At Keiman, we procure everything from our network, including rice for sushi (sushi rice), fish, vegetables, and even drinks, and we also carry alcoholic beverages that are hard to find in Tokyo.
