“Individually optimal learning” and “exploratory learning” are two important educational concepts. However, when trying to implement these practices, challenges arise with curriculum design, open schools, the 2nd GIGA initiative, and teacher work style reforms.

Professor Tatsuya Hotta of Tokyo Gakugei University, a leader in the 2nd GIGA initiative, will also join the discussion. This seminar will provide insights into how schools and teachers can best implement exploratory learning for individual students.
