This autumn, as the weather becomes more pleasant, we have prepared a refreshing parfait using 12 Shine Muscats that glisten like jewels. It features alternating layers of light mascarpone cream and shine muscat jelly, topped with large, halved shine muscat pieces. Completing the parfait is smooth and rich hotel-made vanilla soft serve ice cream.
