*We built a built-in kitchen in anticipation of hosting cooking classes, and designed a storage plan that takes into account flow lines. We will give away up to 200,000 yen worth of furniture to our visitors as a bonus for signing up! *
Sumarch Co., Ltd. We will be holding an apartment renovation tour on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th, 2024 in Showa Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
This is a “Renovation Tour” where you can tour the homes of owners who have actually renovated with KULABO. Lots of tips for building a home, including floor plans, design ideas, and more! Experience the texture and atmosphere of the materials and the charm of the renovation in a REAL way that you can’t tell from photos!

At the request of a couple who love to cook, we adopted a face-to-face flat kitchen and center range hood. The structure is centered around the kitchen, with an eye toward opening cooking classes in the future. By combining a manufacturer’s kitchen and a built-in facing counter, we have created a cool kitchen that keeps costs down.
◆Storage planning with consideration to flow lines
We arranged storage for adults and children along the flow line from the entrance. The dead space behind the beams, which is unique to condominiums, is also effectively utilized, turning the small space into storage space. By creating a storage plan that matches your space and daily activities, you can make tidying up a habit and achieve a neat and tidy environment.
