*The report of the August regular meeting attended by Mr. Shinpei Abe, Director Executive Officer and COO of Smart Camp Co., Ltd. has been released! *
OPTEMO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Momotaro Koike, hereinafter referred to as OPTEMO) will hold an Inside Sales Research Group 8 on August 23, 2024 with the title, “Now, once again, we must face maximizing the ROI of inside sales organizations.” We held a monthly meeting.

The Inside Sales Study Group is a community operated by OPTEMO as a place where inside sales people can connect with each other and create mentors and friends beyond their companies.
We started operating this community in March 2023 in response to feedback that due to the nature of inside sales, there are few horizontal connections outside the company. Once a month, we welcome special guests to provide practical know-how. We also share

Part 1: Refocus on maximizing the ROI of your inside sales organization How to create an inside sales organization that continues to produce the best results
At this event, Smart Camp Co., Ltd. Director Executive Officer COO We welcomed Mr. Shinpei Abe (@shiabe1204) as a guest, and he gave a lecture on the theme of “Now, once again, we need to face maximizing the ROI of inside sales organizations.”
On the day of the event, we gave away a copy of Mr. Abe’s book, “How to Create an Inside Sales Organization that Continues to Deliver the Best Results,” to the first 30 people who attended.
In inside sales, in order to build relationships with customers and create business negotiations, it is necessary to communicate firmly with many customers on a “1 to 1” basis. Therefore, he explained that it is necessary to focus on productivity in order to inevitably increase the rate of business negotiations.
Part 2: Exchange meeting between participants
At the networking event, some people asked Mr. Abe questions directly, and other inside sales people had fun with each other, making it a time where you could feel the vibrancy and enthusiasm that can only be found offline.
