TOKYO NODE DINING on the 45th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower will offer two limited-time afternoon teas to enjoy the flavors of autumn.
*Shine Muscat will start on September 17th (Tuesday), Maron will start on October 22nd (Tuesday)*
TOKYO NODE is operated by Plan-Do-See Co., Ltd. (PDS), which creates cultural facilities such as hotels and restaurants that take advantage of local characteristics.

Afternoon tea using Shine Muscat from Yamanashi Prefecture will be available from September 17th (Tuesday), and Maron Afternoon Tea, which is rich in flavor and mainly uses Japanese chestnuts from Aso, will be available from October 22nd (Tuesday).

TOKYO NODE located on the 45th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower Dining is a comfortable space with a lively open kitchen and a sophisticated yet secure feel. At noon, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from the open windows in the high-ceilinged space, and at dinner time, it can be used for a variety of occasions, including dates and business. This time, two types of afternoon tea using autumn flavors will be introduced one after another, keeping with the theme of “afternoon tea with courses proposed by a restaurant”.

Shine Muscat from Yamanashi Prefecture, grown in high-quality soil and mineral-rich water. We have carefully selected fruits that are fresh and bursting with fruit, and those that are sweet, juicy, and have a strong flavor. Shibuya CHEESE
Starting with STAND’s TOKYO burrata, prosciutto and Shine Muscat amuse, you can enjoy 4 types of sweets, 4 types of savory, and Basque cheesecake.
The shortcake is made by soaking a sponge in elderflower syrup, giving it a moist texture and a gorgeous aroma. Tarts made with sour lime curd, rosemary panna cotta and muscat jelly, and nagano purple macarons are refreshing flavors that can be enjoyed even during the hot summer months. The classic Basque cheesecake is served with raisin chantilly and rum sauce.
As for savory items, we have roast beef made with Akagi Wagyu beef that we encountered on our “Gochisou Tabi” and Shirakami Maitake frites, as well as smoked salmon sandwiches, autumn eggplant bolognese, and more.

We created a fun afternoon tea with colors that evoke the feeling of late autumn, focusing on marron and combining fruits that go well together. Shibuya CHEESE
Starting with STAND’s TOKYO burrata and black fig amuse, you can enjoy 4 types of sweets, 4 types of savory, and Basque cheesecake. In addition to Mont Blanc made with Japanese chestnuts from Aso, which has a rich and elegant taste, we also have rich marron panna cotta and bergamot-scented Earl Gray jelly, bittersweet marron and caramel cream puffs, and a refreshing Satsuma mandarin tart that will refresh your palate. We thought of a balance that allows you to enjoy the rich marron to the last bite.
