The LOVECHROME(R) manufacturing factory has been producing
high-quality products without polluting water for over 60 years since its founding in 1963. The new Bangscom product is manufactured using a method that minimizes environmental impact by recycling materials produced during the manufacturing process within the factory.

■* Manufacturing process that minimizes environmental burden: Utilizing offcuts* There are individual differences in the color of the “handle” of Love Chrome Bangs Comb.
The handle part of the Bangscomb is made from scraps produced during the manufacturing process of Lovechrome, which are recycled within the manufacturing factory. As a result, while the environmental impact can be significantly reduced, the color of the “handle” is not stable and individual differences occur.
We prioritize reducing the environmental impact over adjusting the color of the handle, which has no direct effect on the hair. In addition, there is no compromise in the strength of the comb parts and handles that affect the hair.
■* Latest technology: RP(R) (Recycled material plating)*
Next generation plating technology using recycled materials. Lovechrome is manufactured using the RP(R) method. We collect and recycle rare materials contained in the industrial water used in the manufacturing process, and also purify a portion of the wastewater and use it as water for drinking purposes.
Using advanced processing technology that differs from general painting, it is manufactured with minimal environmental impact while maintaining high quality.

Lovechrome collects used Lovechrome hair combs at directly managed stores and recycles them within the manufacturing plant.
Lovechrome’s combs are made of rare metals such as pure gold and ABS plastic. Plastic parts and metal parts are separated and recovered using a unique method. We reuse it as a valuable resource.
We also recycle waste materials from the comb manufacturing process and use them as materials.
