*To commemorate the 15th anniversary, we collaborated with the global Western tableware brand “Noritake” and a luxury hotel in Yokohama. “Priority admission tickets” that can shorten waiting time are now available for the first time! There is also a completely private “Premium Lounge”*

Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will hold a Christmas event at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse event plaza and Red Brick Park for a total of 34 days from November 22nd (Friday) to December 25th (Wednesday), 2024.

The “Christmas market” is a traditional European Christmas event that is said to have started in Frankfurt, Germany in 1393. Huttes (wooden huts) selling food, wooden toys, and Christmas miscellaneous goods are lined up in squares that are the center of life in Europe, where churches, town halls, village halls, and other buildings are located. Nowadays, it has spread outside of Europe and is held all over the world.
The “Christmas Market” held at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse was first held in 2010, and this year marks the 15th time. For this event, the decorations for the venue, including the “hutte” (wooden hut) that is a symbol of the Christmas market, were ordered from Germany, the birthplace of the Christmas market, to create an authentic world view. Furthermore, the modern cityscape of Minato Mirai and the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse overlooking the sea will combine with the glittering atmosphere of Christmas, providing a special opportunity to enjoy a variety of scenery.

In addition, this year we will continue to offer content that can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers, such as the Premium Lounge, a completely private room where you can enjoy meals without the crowds with special seats overlooking the ocean and trees, and a record 58 food and beverage sales booths. The concept for this year’s commemorative 15th year is “Memorial,” and it incorporates our desire to provide a memorable Christmas experience for all who attend. With this in mind, we are currently preparing a collaboration with the global Western tableware brand “Noritake” and a luxury hotel in Yokohama.
Also, starting this year, we have introduced a “Priority Admission Ticket” that allows you to purchase admission tickets in advance on Play Guide and shorten your waiting time, and has been updated to make your time more comfortable.

* A completely private private space that was popular last year! * Only 5 buildings will be available in an area where you can see the ocean in front and a giant tree in the back. If you pay attention to the patterns on the roof, the golden mug depicts Santa Claus hurriedly delivering presents, and the silver mug depicts Santa Claus completing his preparations and taking off into the night sky.
