Background of store opening
BEYOND
At FREE, we carefully select plant-based “ingredients” for each menu, paying particular attention to not only the taste and appearance, but also the aroma and texture, to deliver new deliciousness to our customers. While working with each customer who has a diverse dietary lifestyle, we strive to provide customers with the freedom to choose what they want to eat and enjoy it deliciously.
We are engaged in a variety of activities with the aim of creating meals/food experiences that satisfy both mind and body.

At the “Tokyo Vegan Gourmet Festival 2024 Spring” held in April this year, BEYOND was welcomed by more customers than expected.
Some of the customers who purchased our FREE products even bought them a second time because they thought they were delicious.
In response to such positive feedback, we have decided to offer products that are normally sold only at online stores in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyoto so that more customers interested in plant-based gourmet food can experience them. We decided to open stores at all three venues.

What is “BEYOND FREE”?
Something that is good for your body. Be kind to the earth. Both are important, of course. However, I want to place just as much importance on the enjoyment and deliciousness of the meal. That’s why we reimagined plant-based eating. The most important thing was the material. We carefully select plant materials for each menu with a new idea different from conventional plant-based ones. We aimed for new plant-based deliciousness, paying particular attention to not only the taste and appearance, but also the aroma and texture. BEYOND FREE believes in the possibilities of plant-based products and continues to explore the power of ingredients to deliver new deliciousness.
