We use only Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Gouda cheese, which is
characterized by its umami and salty taste and is made using Meiji’s unique cheese technology “Umami Lactic Acid Bacteria Maturation*1”, as the cheese ingredient.We have developed a cheese ice cream that has the taste and richness of cheese.
