There is more than one form of love: “Wedding ceremony celebrating marriage equality” held

The Kyushu Rainbow Pride Executive Committee (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. Representative: Nobuhisa Miura) will hold an event on Saturday, November 2nd and Sunday, November 3rd, 2024.
As part of “Kyushu Rainbow Pride 2024” (QRP) to be held at Reisen Park, we will hold a “Wedding Ceremony to Celebrate Marriage Equality.”
This ceremony was held by LGBTQ people.
The aim is to deepen our understanding of the social issues we face, and to broadly convey the importance of a society in which all people share love and support each other. In this public ceremony filled with QRP’s warm and memorable performances, [Sachi] and [Ami] share their long-standing bond with the guests and participants, and pledge their eternal love.

As calls for the legalization of same-sex marriage continue to grow, we believe this wedding ceremony will become an important platform to advocate for the rights and equality of the LGBTQ community. We also hope that the wedding will be an opportunity to encourage same-sex couples who are unsure about getting married.
