One of the “Felisimo Clubs” developed by Felissimo, “Otaku Club” will hold the Oshikatsu Workshop, which was held for the first time in 2023, in Kobe on Saturday, October 19, 2024. In this workshop, you can make your own Penra Ribbon (Penlight Ribbon), and you will create “Oshikatsu Goods” that will definitely get you excited when you go to a live performance or event by attaching it to your penlight.
