The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s hands-on telework introduction support consulting project will hold a seminar on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. In promoting work style reform in small and medium-sized enterprises, IT introduces and utilizes computers and IT systems for the purpose of improving work efficiency and reducing costs in order to realize diverse work styles.
It is said that there is an urgent need to promote Companies are currently facing a shortage of human resources with high IT skills, and the hurdles to hiring talented IT personnel are rising. As a result, the need for in-house IT human resource development has become more important than ever. This seminar will focus on the development and utilization of young employees, and will introduce key points on how to interact with and develop young employees that companies should be working on now.

Experienced in field sales at a temporary staffing company.
