With SBI Investment as the lead investor, we raised approximately 500 million yen in Series A funds through a third-party allotment of capital to existing shareholders and new investors. With this procurement, the total amount raised will be 860 million yen.
In the two and a half years since Recustomer began providing its services, the number of introduced brands has exceeded 200, and the service has grown to the point where it can be used in a variety of industries including beverages, food, fashion, interior design, and electronics. It is being introduced to many enterprise companies, and has an overwhelming presence in Japan in the field of post-purchase experience software for e-commerce sites.
With this funding, we will further expand the functionality of “Recustomer” and strengthen our business foundation for the future. In the future, we will further improve the post-purchase experience and further expand the scope to include the pre-purchase experience, aiming to become the No. 1 market share among purchase experience platforms.
