Information on all 77 sake breweries opening at JUNMAI SAKE WEEK NAGOYA has been released!
A 10-day event from October 18th (Friday) to October 27th (Sunday) in the Meieki Sakae area of ​​Nagoya City will be held in the Meieki Sakae area of ​​Nagoya City, an event that focuses only on Junmai sake among Japanese sake.
Regarding JUNMAI SAKE WEEK NAGOYA, * Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery, whose popularity has skyrocketed after relocating its brewery * and * A total of 77 breweries have been decided to open, including Sankan Sake Brewery, a small and talented sake brewery with a production capacity of less than 100 koku.*
I did. This event will bring together everything from well-established sake breweries that have upheld traditional traditions and supported the sake industry up to now, to up-and-coming breweries that will carry the future of the sake industry on their shoulders.

The lineup also includes breweries* aiming to restore their status, such as Sawada Sake Brewery.
Event producer Masamori Yamamoto (CEO of Magnetic Field Co., Ltd.) visited each brewery and negotiated with them. The technique and taste are guaranteed.

In addition, the brands include *Zaku by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which is one of the most highly regarded sake brands in the world, and *Kura from the French sake competition.
More than 200 types of precious junmai sake will be exhibited*, including “Taka”* from Nakajimaya Sake Brewery, which won the platinum award at “Master 2024”.

Each sake brewery will be located at Dai Nagoya Building and Oasis 21 from October 18th (Friday) to October 20th (Sunday), and at Midland Square and October 25th (Friday) to October 27th (Sunday).
We will serve carefully selected Junmai sake at Lasik.

In addition, for 10 days from October 18th (Friday) to October 27th (Sunday), we will carry out area excursion measures in collaboration with restaurants in the Meieki/Sakae area. You can enjoy pure rice sake using your event ticket at over 30 participating restaurants.
