*HELLY HANSEN x Adventure World collaboration event “Let’s think about the ocean and the environment” will be held at the center dome of A manual injection device handled by Shonan Trading Co., Ltd. (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be featured at the Upcycling Workshop/Upcycling Event.

We will wash, color sort, dry, and crush the materials in advance, and at the event we will hold an hands-on workshop where participants will create carabiners using a manual injection device.
The finished carabiner has the same color as the plastic bottle cap. You can create a one-of-a-kind design with your own hands in a colorful marble style.
Manual injection device
A “manual injection device” allows you to easily create upcycled products on the spot by crushing washed PET bottle caps, melting them with heat of about 200℃, and pouring them into molds to solidify them. Manufactured by Plasticpreneur in Austria, manual injection devices are used around the world for small-scale recycling and recycling awareness purposes.
Recycle while having fun while experiencing it. We hope you will use it as a tool to get people exposed to upcycling.
