The Snow Country Tourism Area (7 municipalities in 3 prefectures: Uonuma City, Minami Uonuma City, Yuzawa Town, Tokamachi City, Tsunan Town in Niigata Prefecture, Minakami Town in Gunma Prefecture, and Sakae Village in Nagano Prefecture) is said to have been a snow country for 8000 years since the distant Jomon period. ) is a region where, over its long history, the culture and wisdom unique to the snow country that has been passed down from our ancestors remains strong. The setting is Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. We will spend 3 days at Auberge Mizuakari at the foot of the sacred mountain Mt. Hakkaisan. In an environment where clear underground water flows from Mt. Hakkaisan, come and relax and heal yourself by doing yoga or taking a sauna while enjoying a luxurious French course using local ingredients and rice from Minami Uonuma. mosquito.
