“Roast Beef Bowl” can be enjoyed at the pergola buffet.

Hitsumabushi of Mikawa Isshiki eel
Kanto-style grilled eel from Mikawa Isshiki, which has high-quality fat and is soft and fluffy after steaming, is steamed once and then grilled. The steamed eel is grilled until lightly browned, then coated with a seasoned sauce made from Aichi prefecture’s Kuei phosphorus. The rice is Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. Please enjoy Hitsumabushi with our special sauce and refreshing soup stock of bonito flakes, tuna flakes, and kelp.
