| Tosa is the birthplace of pomelo. |
| Kochi Prefecture accounts for over 90% of the production share of pomelo in Japan, and about half of this is produced in Tosa City. Currently, there are about 15 types of pomelo cultivated in Japan. One of them is “Tosa pomelo”. We used the skin of Tosa pomelo, which cannot be sold on the market, and distilled it at a low temperature using a vacuum steam distillation method to extract the essential oil so as not to destroy the fragrance components, and used it in the hand cream. The contents of the fruit are processed into fruit juice, and all Tosa pomelo is used. The scent is a refreshing scent with a bit of sourness within the sweetness. |

Also, the evergreen leaves mean “eternity”, so it is a very auspicious tree. We used the leaves and branches left over from pruning to grow fruit to extract essential oil and create a hand cream. | Precious organic yuzu. |
| Yuzu has just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness, as if it had been freshly squeezed. It is grown in the Kokuzukuri area of Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture, using organic fertilizers and without pesticides, and is harvested in November every year. The fruit was processed into fruit juice, and the essential oil was extracted from the peel and used in hand cream. It takes a long time for yuzu to produce fruit, so much so that it is said that “peaches and chestnuts take 3 years, persimmons take 8 years, and yuzu take 18 years…''. The unique refreshing scent of yuzu is also recommended when you want to refresh yourself. We are also planning to hold a “WANOWA Kokuzo Yuzu Tour” workshop from Saturday, November 9th to Sunday, November 10th, 2024, which is the harvest season! |

| In order to support reconstruction efforts after the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we collaborated with EarthRing, a distillery in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, to create a fragrance made from distilled wood from Noto Hiba, the prefectural tree of Ishikawa Prefecture, which can no longer be used as a building material. Developed the product and started selling WANOWA Noto Hiba Room Spray. We are donating all profits from product sales as reconstruction aid funds, and we strongly hope that we can continue our support through donations collected from your kind thoughts. |
