| Many of the companies that patronize RECXT are small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises account for 99.7%* of Japan's industrial structure, with an overwhelming 88.2%* of small businesses with 20 or fewer employees. Although many small and medium-sized enterprises are making efforts to resolve management issues, they are unable to take satisfactory measures because they have limited manpower and budget for creative areas that are essential to corporate activities, such as public relations and branding. However, in order to build a competitive advantage in a digitalized society and clarify corporate value, small and medium-sized enterprises need the power of creativity. |

| As the name suggests, “Your Subordinate'' is a service where RECXT accepts creative production requests as if it were a client's direct report, and delivers each project within 1 to 7 business days. The content that can be requested includes general design (LP design, HP design, banners, SNS images, sales materials, flyers, etc.), photography/video shooting*, video production (short videos, long videos up to 10 minutes, etc.), system development, etc. Covers most creative fields except engineering work. The number of days from receiving a production request to completing delivery varies depending on the content of the request. |

| 1. Achieving overwhelming time savings and efficiency by simplifying the ordering process |
| When making an actual request, all the customer has to do is fill out the production instruction template provided by RECXT. We have reduced the number of meetings required when placing orders with creators. In the case of companies that carry out their work in-house, production time is reduced and free time can be used for other tasks. In addition, the production delivery date will be notified in advance for each project. This will prevent problems such as unclear delivery dates and time and effort required to check the progress of production. |
2. Industry shake-up!! Cost reduction with unlimited requests from 70,000 yen per month
The average price of an LP is said to be 80,000 to 150,000 yen just for the design. “Your Subordinate'' is priced so that if you make an LP just once a month, you can get your money's worth. Not only can you reduce outsourcing costs, but you can also reduce recruitment and employment costs. When hiring a designer or creator as a new graduate, the average hiring cost is said to be 936,000 yen, and for mid-career hires it is said to be 1,033,000 yen. In comparison, “Your Subordinate'' only requires an initial cost of 70,000 yen. After that, there will be no social insurance or employment insurance, and you will be able to request as many design tasks as “your subordinate'' for only 70,000 yen per month. RECXT has many creators. We have a wide variety of members, including those from major advertising agencies and production companies. If there are 100 people, there will be 100 different designs. All creators are capable of producing high-quality results, but naturally they have strengths and weaknesses depending on the genre and field. Therefore, it is possible to select creators on a monthly basis, and you can work with creators that are suited to the customer and each project. |
