• Japan's pride revives beyond time

 The “Honorary Gold Medal Tamanoi Vinegar,'' which was born after winning the Honorary Gold Medal Award at the Chicago World's Fair (Meiji 26), attracted people all over the world with its rich flavor and mellow taste. It has been popular as “the highest quality rice vinegar that has the four characteristics of aroma and nutrition.'' In response to customer requests for its revival, we have started a project to reprint the Reiwa version of “Honor Gold Plate Tamanoi Vinegar.”

 The road to reproducing the work was not a smooth one, and we thoroughly researched past materials and conducted valuable interviews with those in charge at the time. Furthermore, this revival product uses yeast that is said to have been used at the time. We strive to develop products that represent the history of our company by unraveling the flavors and manufacturing methods of those days as much as possible.

 My appointment as President and Representative Director made me reflect once again on the origins of our company. This “Honorary Gold Medal Tamanoi Vinegar” is an important product that has a great deal to do with the birth of our company. We aim to create products that make you feel this way.

In addition, we believe that the recreation of “Honor Gold Plate Tamanoi Vinegar'' is a project to preserve the tradition of basic seasonings in the present day and weave them into the future. We are determined to work together as a company.

We hope that people all over the world will experience the possibilities of vinegar and the joy of food through the opportunity to exhibit at the 2025 Osaka Kansai Expo, which is set in Osaka, the place where we were founded.
