Huffnagel is a brand born in the spring of 2021 from Kaori Co., Ltd., which has been manufacturing Western confectionery that has been loved in Yokohama for over 50 years. The concept is “a hotel that connects time and space” between the time when Yokohama’s port opened and now. The brand’s origins lie in the birthplace of Western-style hotels in Japan, and the brand name is derived from the name of Mr. Huffnagel, the hotel’s owner at the time. Huffnagel’s first room-temperature confectionery, “Puffangel,” is now available. The sweets we arrived at in pursuit of simple deliciousness.
