The side dish plates arranged in small bowls incorporate ingredients and techniques from Kyoto, and each dish is based on the taste of Japanese cuisine, fusing elements of Asian and Western cuisine. In addition to six types of small side dishes and soups using autumn flavors such as autumn eggplant, figs, and turnips, the set includes a total of nine dishes* and a drink, including hoba-yaki using red miso from a miso shop in Kyoto. . The small bowls include dishes that allow you to fully enjoy the flavors of autumn, such as fig fritters that bring out the sweetness, soy meat stuffed with shiitake mushrooms served with Manganji chili pepper sauce, and pear dressing made with tofu from Kyoto. The main dish is miso-yaki made with mugwort gluten and autumn vegetables grilled with magnolia leaves.
