We started the SAITAMA River Supporters Project (commonly known as “Ribasapo”) in FY2021 to ensure that voluntary activities to nurture Saitama’s rich rivers are carried out sustainably. At this time, in order to encourage prefectural residents to develop an even stronger attachment to the river, Ribasapo is soliciting photographs of the river that convey the great activities and charm of the river. Everyone is encouraged to apply. ○ “Riva Support Award 2024” selected by everyone (1) Target of entry 〇Activity category (Announcing the activities of the past year for which applications have been submitted, and enlivening Liver Support.) ・Recruiting in both the prefectural citizen sector and the corporate sector. ・Activities carried out by prefectural citizens (organizations) and companies active in the prefecture from November 2020 to October 2020 Rivers in the prefecture that are distinctive, evoke sympathy, and have contributed to the conservation and coexistence of rivers.
(Self-recommendation or recommendation by others is welcome not here. ) 〇 River Country Contribution Award (selected by a selection committee to honor past activities) ・Activities of prefectural citizens (organizations) that have contributed to the preservation and coexistence of rivers over the years. (Self-recommendation or recommendation by others is not required.) (2) Recruitment period Wednesday, September 25, 2020 – Friday, October 25, 2020 (3) Entry method Please fill out the details of your activity in approximately 200 to 300 characters on the designated “Entry Sheet” and send it along with one image representing your activity to the Water Environment Division, Department of Environment, Saitama Prefecture (email, fax, or mail). The contents and images will be made public for voting. *Please write as clearly as possible and send images that can be published. Regarding images, please be careful when handling personal information, such as obtaining consent from the individuals listed as applicants. *For details, please see the “Rivasapo Award” chosen by everyone on the Ribasapo portal site.
