15th Seasoning Championship The final announcement will be held on October 20th (Sunday) from 15:00 at the “Shokusai Terrace” on the 1st floor of Hanshin Umeda Main Store The Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Eiji Fukui, hereinafter referred to as the Association) is commemorating November 3rd, Seasoning Day, and is holding an event called “The Association” to spread the appeal of seasonings to society. The final judging session for the 15th Seasoning Championship 2024 will be held. Out of 183 entries from all over the country, the 50 best selected items will pass the initial screening by food experts and move on to the final screening. The final judging will be held at the Hanshin Umeda main store “Food Festival Terrace”, and after screening and voting at the venue, the No. 1 Seasoning for 2024 will be decided on Sunday, October 20th. At the same venue, we will hold a sales event featuring seasonings that passed this year’s final examination as well as seasonings that have won awards at past seasoning championships. It is one of Japan’s largest seasoning events, bringing together delicious seasonings from all over the country. *Sales period: October 16th (Wednesday) – October 21st (Monday)
