Their full-fledged debut recital was held at Suntory Hall in January 2016, tickets sold out immediately, and the appearance of a major artist attracted a lot of attention. At the same time as launching NEXUS Co., Ltd. in 2018, he formed and produced “MLM Double Quartet” with talented artists of the same generation. In 2021, MLM evolved into “Japan National Orchestra (JNO),” which became a joint stock company and is based in Nara, contributing to outreach activities and the development of cultural activities in Nara Prefecture. Their national tour continues to sell out in many places, and it is becoming a hot topic that they are the most difficult to get tickets for in Japan. Since 2021, he has been actively working to expand the number of classical music fans from various angles, such as launching and operating the music salon “Solistiade”, which is a place of communication between young musicians and fans. Currently, he has moved his base of activities to Vienna, and in addition to studying conducting, he is expanding his activities not only in Europe, but also in Canada, Asia, and Australia. In May 2024, he made his debut as a conductor in Salzburg. Selected as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia – Class of 2024 by Forbes magazine. https://kyoheisorita.com/ Japan National Orchestra

We started as “MLM Double Quartet” in 2018 by inviting talented artists of the same generation who are also active as soloists. In 2019, they reorganized and added wind instruments as the “MLM National Orchestra” and held a concert tour, and 2,000 seats were sold out at the Suntory Hall performance in Tokyo. In January 2021, the name was changed to Japan National Orchestra. In May of the same year, operations began as Japan National Orchestra Co., Ltd. based in Nara Prefecture. In February 2022, we concluded a “Collaboration Agreement for the Promotion of Cultural Activities” with Nara Prefecture, and will conduct outreach to elementary, junior high, and high schools in the prefecture, providing opportunities for high-quality classical music appreciation, experience, and guidance, etc. We are also engaged in contribution activities. In addition to conducting national and overseas tours twice a year, members hold recital series in Tokyo and Nara. https://www.jno.co.jp/ja/ Kyohei Tanda & Japan National Orchestra Concert Tour 2025 Performance Overview ■Performance name: Kyohei Tanda & Japan National Orchestra Concert Tour 2025 ■Performance: Kyohei Tanda (conductor, piano) / Japan National Orchestra (orchestra) ■Date/Venue: 2025 February 21st (Friday) Okayama/Kurashiki Civic Hall Saturday, February 22nd Shimane/Izumo Civic Center February 23rd (Sunday) Shimane/Shimane Prefecture Arts and Culture Center “Grantowa” Large Hall February 25th (Tuesday) Shizuoka/Shizuoka City Shimizu Cultural Center Marinato Large Hall February 26th (Wednesday) Tokyo Suntory Hall Large Hall February 28th (Friday) Sendai/Sendai Bank Hall Izumiti 21 Large Hall March 1st (Sat) Tochigi/Tochigi Prefectural Cultural Center Main Hall March 2nd (Sunday) Niigata Ryutopia Niigata Civic Arts and Culture Center Concert Hall March 4th (Tuesday) Tokyo Suntory Hall Large Hall March 6th (Thursday) Kanagawa/Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall Large Hall March 8th (Sat) Mie/Mie Prefectural Cultural Center March 9th (Sunday) Nara/Nara Prefecture Kashihara Cultural Center 12 performances in total ■Performance song list: Mozart: Symphony No. 32 in G major K.318 Mozart: Piano Concerto No. 9 in E-flat major, K.271 “Junom” (Piano: Kyohei Tanda) and others *Details will be announced on the official website in the future. *The order of the songs may change. ■Official website:
