Japanese-style savouries that can only be found at a Japanese restaurant, allowing you to enjoy a delicate and elegant taste. For example, sweets that give you a Kyoto feel, such as castella cake made with white miso, cream tarts made with sake lees, and sasa manju with fragrant yuzu miso, and refreshing seasonal fruits made with fresh fruit inside gyuhi. Daifuku, sweet potato yokan and chips that are in season in autumn, roll cakes made with Japanese chestnuts, and more will satisfy both Japanese and Western sweets lovers. Savory offers a colorful and nutritious menu such as Japanese-style sandwiches with kettle-fried whitebait, grilled sea bream miso rice balls that serve as a light meal replacement, and grilled scallop yolk with Chinese ink powder.
