The theme of the “Super Potato Festival” is “Cook, Eat, and Play Sweet Potato Expo.” The “Super Potato Festival” will be the first fall event of “Sweet Potato Expo”, and will be an event that can only be held during this season, which is also the time of sweet potato harvest. What we are particularly focused on this time is “creating opportunities for as many people as possible to experience sweet potatoes.” We have prepared a variety of hands-on content with the aim of creating an opportunity for young children, who have had little opportunity to touch sweet potatoes, to play with them and help them realize the appeal of sweet potatoes by actually touching them. . Super Sweet Potato Festival Workshop Games (1) “Dig here! Search for sweet potatoes” (charged: advance reservation required) A “treasure hunt” potato digging game where you dig up the sweet potatoes hidden in the soil with your own hands and find as many sweet potatoes as possible. There are three types of sweet potatoes that are hidden. The classic “Beni Haruka”, the original sticky potato “Anno Imo” from Tanegashima, a tropical country, and an ultra-rare potato that was just registered as a variety last year! “Kimimaroko” is characterized by its white skin. Three types of potatoes with different appearances are hidden. Points are different depending on the sweet potato, and you can receive presents depending on the points.
