We will reopen from October on the shop page. “Pai Torune” is a new type of snack sweet that is made by sprinkling four types of seasonings on a soft-baked pie crust. There are 7 to 8 chip-shaped pie pieces in one bag. By using a reverse-folded pie (fiutage enverset) and baking it using a unique method, we were able to create a fluffy texture. Until now, it was said to be difficult to add seasoning to pie dough because it would break the dough into pieces. This time, by baking the pie dough using our unique manufacturing method, we have made it possible to season it with seasoning. By using seasoning, it becomes easier to feel the flavor, creating a richly flavored pie.
