15th Clothing Education Slogan Poster Chikuma Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka, President: Wataru Horimatsu), which advocates “Fukuiku(R)” to cultivate a rich mind through clothing, has been using the “School Uniform” as their clothing education slogan since 2010. We are recruiting. This year, the 15th year of the competition, we have chosen the grand prize, “Bring out your motivation in uniform” (Nanako Tsuji, first grade student, Kawanishi Municipal Higashitani Junior High School) as a slogan poster. The 15th Clothing Education Poster Slogan was solicited for approximately four months starting in March, and approximately 3,000 entries were received from junior high schools, high schools, vocational schools, and individuals interested in Clothing Education from all over the country. In addition to the Grand Prize, we selected and announced three Excellence Awards, one Kyushu Clothing Education Research Association Award, one Tokyo Clothing Education Research Association Award, and five honorable mentions. A comment was received from the author along with the motto: “[Best Award] Bring out your motivation with a uniform/I always think that if I wear a uniform, I can do it even when I don’t have the motivation to do it!”, so I chose this motto. ” and “[Excellence Award] First uniform. My heart and my appearance are shiny/When I first put on the uniform, it was so clean that I felt like my mind was automatically reset, and both my mind and my appearance became shiny.” It seems that the students were able to reconsider what the school uniform they wear every day meant to them. Clothing education slogan posters created with slogans solicited under the theme of “school uniforms” are widely used not only when teaching uniforms, but also as an opportunity to think about school uniforms. It will be distributed free of charge to schools that request it.
