At Hitachi Seaside Park, the “Come, See, Touch, Kochia Carnival” will be held from October 1st (Tuesday) to October 31st (Thursday). During this period, there will be plenty of autumn flowers such as kochia, events where you can enjoy fall art and sports, and gourmet food to satisfy your autumn appetite.
