With the conclusion of the agreement, the club will now use Recruit as its “strategic HR partner,” further strengthening the recruitment process and aiming to accelerate the club’s growth through the “Recruit Agency” and “Recruit Direct Scout” operated by the company. Kashima Antlers’ recruitment activities will begin using Recruit Direct Scout, a membership-based career change scouting service provided by Recruit, from October, making it possible to check job openings for each position and apply. Additionally, we are planning to hold an event in collaboration with Recruit in November. We will hold talk sessions with club directors and aim to create opportunities for participants to gain exposure to trends in professional football club management and sports business.
