The service that we are currently starting to provide is ANA’s SPECIAL ASSISTANCE.A
two-dimensional code is prepared at the dedicated counter for customers who need assistance or on a tablet terminal owned by airport staff.The service can be read using a terminal such as a customer’s smartphone to enable remote sign language. Interpretation services are available. This supports smooth communication between customers and airport staff.
