(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuichiro Miyake), a group company of Sapporo Holdings, is collaborating with Kuradashi Co., Ltd. to sell products recommended by the Ministry of the Environment at three Ginza Lion stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Kuradashi Co., Ltd., which has been selected for the Ministry of the Environment’s “Model Project for Introduction of Measures to Reduce Food Loss Associated with Food Consumption Behavior in FY2020”, has introduced “mottECO” recommended by the Ministry of the Environment and is promoting the introduction of measures to reduce consumer losses. A demonstration project to raise awareness will begin on October 1st (Tuesday).
