The event will be held at the Graduate School of Natural Sciences building on campus. In October, Saturn is easier to observe in the evening sky. On the day of the viewing party, a waxing moon can be seen in the southern sky. We will observe the moon and Saturn using the “35cm telescope” in the astronomical dome located in the Graduate School of Natural Sciences building. Additionally, a digital camera and monitor will be provided outside the dome. We use a digital camera to photograph celestial objects that are only vaguely visible to the naked eye, such as the Andromeda Galaxy and the Double Star Cluster, and then enlarge and observe them on a monitor. We look forward to your participation!
