At the Italian restaurant “Piacere”, we have prepared two types of six-dish full-course meals, featuring an abundance of carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan, and using cooking methods that bring out the flavors of the ingredients. The “Natale” course features a rich dish of handmade pasta made from Hokkaido wheat, black truffles, and Hayama eggs from Nara Prefecture. The main course, Yokohama beef, is made by grilling the sirloin part on lava stones, giving it a sweet flavor. Added aroma to the flavor. Enjoy the richness of the flavors and the way the expression changes depending on the puree of domestic vegetables, the presentation, and the combination. We also offer the “Mezzo” course, which features consommé that allows you to enjoy the delicate taste of duck from Kyoto, braised “Nodoguro” synonymous with high-quality fish, and low-temperature roasted calf from Kumamoto Prefecture. The appetizer plate consists of a jelly layer made from snow crabs from Toyama Prefecture, topped with Miyazaki caviar and fennel, and the chef prepares each crab with a sauce of bamboo charcoal and parsley juice, creating an elegant Christmas night experience. Draw a bird flapping its wings. The dessert that concludes both courses uses three types of chocolate from Kamakura Maison Cacao. Bitter chocolate is made into a powerful ganache, milk chocolate with a mild taste is made into a mousse, white chocolate with a unique flavor is made into a refreshing sorbet, and decorated with winter citrus fruits, closing the course meal with a rich variety. Masu. The three-course Christmas dinner served at The Lobby Lounge includes a glass of champagne and free flow red and white wine. Eleven kinds of appetizers, made with luxury ingredients such as lobster, salmon, salmon roe, crab, and other delicious winter seafood items, as well as duck and caviar, are elegantly arranged on a stand, just like afternoon tea. The main dish is Beef Wellington, a pie-wrapped beef fillet that is a traditional dish to celebrate the British holiday season. The tender beef is steam-grilled inside the pie and topped with a deep-flavored red wine sauce. For dessert, the classic Christmas sweet “Buche de Noël” was served on a Christmas-colored plate, and Santa Claus made of raspberry mousse and reindeer made of chocolate mousse also came to celebrate. The Teppanyaki counter of the Japanese restaurant Nadaman will also be offering a special Christmas Teppanyaki dinner for three days only. The exquisite course menu, made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients and grilled right in front of your eyes by the chef, is perfect for a special night held once a year. Foie gras, caviar, seafood of your choice, such as abalone or spiny lobster, and A5 rank Kobe beef sirloin steak complete the meal as a luxurious main dish.
