Special guest commemorating JAPSA’s first academic meeting. Lecture on medical care and business The Japanese Society of Aesthetic Medicine (General Incorporated Association) (Secretariat: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hiroo Teranishi) will hold the “1st Annual Meeting” on Friday, October 11, 2024 at The Peninsula Tokyo (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). We will be holding the “Japan Society of Aesthetic Medicine Academic Conference” and will be inviting businessman Takafumi Horie as a special guest. Mr. Horie will give a lecture on the future of medicine and business. A total of 19 programs are scheduled to be held at three venues, including lectures by overseas-based doctors and famous cosmetic surgeons, and a video symposium where you can learn about surgery through videos, and all doctors and medical professionals are welcome to participate. In order to realize the various wishes of patients, doctors are required to have a wide range of knowledge and high technical skills. JAPSA regularly holds the “Japan Society of Aesthetic Medicine” with the aim of improving the surgical technique level of all cosmetic surgeons. The last conference was held on Friday, July 5, 2024, with a total of 39 doctors from all over Japan participating in lectures, presentations, and live surgery. In order to provide more doctors with an opportunity to appropriately acquire aesthetic medicine techniques and knowledge, we have decided to hold an academic general meeting with a larger scale and a variety of programs.
