Nanyo DE Takehara Camp Joe is a glamping site where you can enjoy a glamping experience under a starry sky. You can enjoy the outdoor experience in your guest room using the “Shubako” created from a collaboration between SnowPeak and Kengo Kuma A new glamping site will open in September 2024 at the auto campsite “Nanyo DE Takehara Camp Joe”, which opened in 2024 on a hill in Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. Although it is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Akayu Station on the JR Yamagata Shinkansen, you can enjoy an experience of the wonders of nature and food that can only be experienced here. “Nanyo DE Takehara Camp Joe” Glamping experience [Feel the area! Experiences that can only be found here are right there] The approximately 180 square meter “glamping site” spread over the vast grounds of Nanyo DE Takehara Camp Joe will be your own private space. The guest rooms are called “JYUBAKO”, which was developed by the outdoor brand “SnowPeak” in collaboration with world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma.
