Hairdressers from three beauty salons, Ash, LIM, and uka, worked together to do the hair and makeup for the 19 show models.  For young hairdressers and makeup artists, experiencing a different work environment than normal salon work can be a great opportunity to increase motivation and develop new skills.
Furthermore, this kind of collaboration that transcends the boundaries of salons is expected to lead to further professional growth through exchanges such as sharing new perspectives, ideas, and techniques.  Arte Group provides backstage support for K-POP live shows, fashion shows, beauty pageants, etc. in order to create career opportunities outside of salon work. I had a lot of fun interacting with uka and LIM for the first time, and I was able to find and learn from them at the practice session, which was very stimulating.  I was confused by the realistic atmosphere and speed of the day, but I was able to see the model’s skin and hair quality up close, which I don’t usually work on, so I learned a lot from the salon. I wanted to use it as an opportunity to work and do makeup.  This experience gave me a new sense of fun and fulfillment as a hairdresser. My goal is to become a beautician who is also good at makeup, so I think I’ve taken the first step toward that goal. I’m really glad that I joined Ash, where I was able to gain such valuable experience. ■Backstage situation
