(Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, CEO: Koichi Tabata), which plans and operates restaurants based in Ishikawa Prefecture. For a limited time, starting October 1, 2024 (Tuesday), we will start offering the classic autumn taste “Saury” for a limited time. What is Kanazawa Spicy Seafood Bowl Kaisendon is so synonymous with Kanazawa gourmet food that people think of Kanazawa as seafood bowl. At TILE, unlike a typical seafood bowl, you can add your favorite toppings to the bowl, including microgreens, which are used as a condiment, and around 30 types of fresh seafood and kelp seasoning. Just as humans put on more clothes when it’s cold, saury stores fat in its body as the water temperature gets colder, and this fat is what makes the saury fish delicious and in season. In the past few years, the decrease in the amount of fish caught has been seen as a problem, but this year, the catch has completely changed, and it has become a hot topic because the amount of fish caught is abundant and the size is a little larger than usual.
