■Overview We have recently started offering a “PC on-site installation service,” in which our specialized staff comes to your home and takes care of PC installation, connection, Internet settings, and even data migration. ～Recommended for these people～ ・I’m worried about the settings because it’s my first computer ・I bought a new computer but am worried about data transfer ・We would like to request not only the installation and settings of the computer, but also various tasks such as setting up peripheral devices.     We offer three types of service plans, which you can apply for from the customization option when purchasing a computer. Additionally, set up an internet connection via wired or wireless LAN, and configure email settings. *In order to carry out the work, the internet line must be open and the provider contract must be completed by the date of the visit. ○Requested service (2 hours) (only if you select the “2-hour requested service plan”) We handle tasks other than those listed in the “Basic Business Trip Settings Plan,” such as wireless connections for smartphones, game consoles, and tablets, printer settings, and virus protection. We will listen to your requests in advance and will accommodate you for up to 2 hours on the day. *As this is a service for individuals, specialized software and router settings for corporations, data migration of accounting software, IoT-related issues, and troubleshooting (internet connection reconfiguration, etc.) are not covered. ○Data migration work (only if you select “Plan with data migration & lecture”) We will transfer up to 10GB of data from your current computer to your purchased computer. ○20 minute computer simple lecture] (Only if you select “Plan with data migration & lecture”) We will have a 20 minute question and answer session regarding how to use a computer.
