This process took about 20 hours a month and was extremely taxing. The challenge was to promote digitalization of operations and build an efficient and reliable management system. After conducting a demonstration experiment during a trial period that lasted approximately 3 months, the twice-monthly regular check was no longer necessary, and the work was changed to a routine task of about 15 minutes every day. As a result, it was confirmed that the work time could be reduced by more than 60%, and the decision was made to implement Semafor.
