Tottori Prefecture is aiming to make the prefecture a sacred place for Halloween, and as one of its initiatives, it will hold the “Tottori Sand Dunes Halloween Party” for the first time on October 27th (Sunday). While the custom of celebrating October 31st, Halloween, with costumes and parties is becoming established in Japan, there are concerns that people will gather in limited spaces, and people are advised not to go out on the streets on Halloween.
