SKS JAPAN2024 key visual UnlocX Co., Ltd. (CEO: Hirotaka Tanaka) will hold “SKS JAPAN 2024 -Global Foodtech Summit-” at COREDO Muromachi Terrace for three days from October 24th (Thursday) to 26th (Saturday) at The Spoon (Headquarters: USA). Washington State, CEO: Michael Wolf). In addition, Sigmaxis Co., Ltd. will participate as a planning partner. SKS JAPAN is the largest food tech conference in Japan, and is a place where change makers and innovators from all over the world gather and co-create. This time, there will be about 40 sessions with about 100 speakers from Japan and abroad on a wide variety of themes, and about 40 exhibits, twice as many as last year. Additionally, for the first time, we will be holding a downtown exhibition called “Food Mirai Yokocho,” which the general public can participate in. Around the world, the need to solve social issues caused by food is increasing. How can we live a rich life not only for the earth but also for diverse individuals? How can we continue to create new value? What kind of food system and ecosystem should we build to achieve this? is being asked. This year’s SKS JAPAN, now in its 7th year, brings together wisdom and collaborates across countries, regions, and industries in order to stay connected to these turbulent global movements and also keep an eye on what Japan should essentially tackle. We believe that creating an environment that allows for sustainable creation is the key, and we would like to strengthen ties as a community more than ever and make this a place where the community comes together to create actions that lead to social implementation and social change.
