(hereinafter referred to as “Thespa Gunma”) has teamed up with Club Bronze partner Kokusai Pulp & Paper Shoji Co., Ltd., to provide support to its group companies at the goal of “Shoda Soy Sauce Stadium Gunma,” which Thespa Gunma uses as its home stadium. We would like to inform you that we will be introducing the “Kaminoito OJO⁺ goal net” manufactured and sold by Oji Fiber Co., Ltd. In promoting our company’s “Eco Stadium Project,” a resource recycling project based on stadiums, we have recently introduced a goal net made of paper thread “OJO⁺” to the goal of Shoda Soy Sauce Stadium Gunma. By using this product, we hope to engage in more environmental conservation activities and activities to spread awareness of the SDGs to everyone who attends our home games and to the local community. This product has been introduced in advance at the Thespa Gunma Top Team’s practice facility, GCC Thespark, starting September 10th (Tuesday). By combining 60% polyester and 40% paper yarn (OJO⁺), it is both environmentally friendly and strong enough to withstand professional team matches and practices. From the 2022 season, we will begin collecting and recycling used paper cups at Shoda Soyu Stadium Gunma, with the aim of reducing waste at the stadium and promoting circulation.In the 2024 season, we will begin collecting and recycling used paper cups at all home games.
