Lecture flyer A legal review of “Tiger ni Tsubasa” about the life of Yoshiko Mibuchi, one of Japan’s first female lawyers, the first female judge, and the president of the family court, who was the model for the NHK TV drama series “Tiger ni Tsubasa.” We will be inviting Kazuhiro Murakami, director of the Meiji University History Center and full-time professor at Meiji University’s Faculty of Law, to give a lecture as part of the Fujimino City Gender Equality Awareness Raising Project.
