With the theme of winter ingredients such as blowfish and crab, we will deliver Hiromitsu Nozaki’s worldview as is, including the famous “Isoyaki Abalone”. The cooking show will include how to cook Koshi’s crispy chicken, grilled daikon radish, and delicious rice, as well as a talk show. Mr. Hiromitsu Nozaki will welcome you during the event.
