“Uonuma Oktoberfest” will be held to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Uonuma City’s municipal organization [Uonuma] Print Enlarge font to print Page number: 0697627 Update date: Updated on October 17, 2024 To commemorate Uonuma City’s 20th anniversary as a city, we will be holding the following new event that connects Uonuma’s proud food culture with the breweries of this prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese craft beer. This event, which is being held for the first time, will promote the expansion of the number of exchanges and regional revitalization through interaction with businesses, local residents, and tourists in and outside of Uonuma City, with the aim of establishing it as an autumn event in Uonuma City from next year onwards. I will continue to do so.
